Testing Week

You will start with a testing week so we can get a baseline of your strength. This gives us a great starting point to make sure that you are progressing and pushing yourself.

Prioritizing Your Strength & Size

This is not your typical cutting program, we will be including strength work as well as hypertrophy to ensure you maintain your strength and size during your cut. There’s no need to lose strength and muscle during a cut. By strategically placing heavy lifting days in the right places (around your cardio) during the week you will get lean and stay strong at the same time.

Variety

We will be using multiple training methods to ensure not only results but sustainability as well. We all know doing the same thing week after week starts so get old, so using this method we will keep things changing and improving.

BULK

Progression

This is for those hard gainers out there who aren't scared to put on some extra fat in the name of gaining muscle mass. We will be focused on progressing in our strength so we can get the most possible bang out of this bulk. 

Keeping it clean...ish

This isn't going to be some eat your face off dirty bulk, we will be keeping it mildly clean so that when its time to shred we will be that much closer.
